Frank is a Vietnam veteran who served with the 9th Infantry Division and 5th Special Forces.  Trhoughout his career, additional posts included assigments to the Defense Intelligence Agency in the American Embassy Cambodia and the Philippines, a tour as a Drill Sergeant, and an advisor to groups in the Philippines and Thailand.

Frank is one of the few non-commissioned officers selected to attend the US Army’s prestigious Organizational Effectiveness Center and School at Fort Ord, CA, where he was trained in system sciences, management sciences, and behavioral sciences.  After graduating, he was an internal organizational development consultant at Fort Devens until his retirement.  Frank holds an undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior from Lesley College.
