Executive Director, The Warrior Connection
Aaron found his life’s purpose through the healing work The Warrior Connection provides. He is committed to continuing to serve TWC and the Veteran community by helping heal military service-related trauma and loss.
Aaron proudly served six and a half years in the United States Marine Corps during the first Gulf War era, attached to a Reconnaissance unit and deploying to the Persian Gulf. In the Corps, Aaron served as a teams communications NCO and Alternate Team Leader. After leaving The Corps, Aaron remained highly motivated through a variety of corporate roles ranging from individual contributor, leader, manager, and director, specializing in Business Development, and wellness program creation.
Aaron has a degree in Behavioral Science, is a certified HeartMath coach and licensed trainer in both HeartMath techniques and technology, is certified in the use of expressive arts, and also has a background in law enforcement. At his core, Aaron has a deep passion for health and wellness and strongly believes helping others be the best version of themselves is life's reward.
Away from work, Aaron is a proud partner with whom he calls his "better-half", Colette, is a strong father to his son, Adam (22), his young daughter, Elle (7), and two fur-babies, Ruby & Bo. Aaron and Colette are engaged to be married. Aaron also volunteers time supporting the environment and sustainable communities through Magic Co-Op as well as volunteering as a Team Leader at Semper Fi Odessey, helping Veterans transition from military service. Additionally, Aaron is deepening his yoga & meditation practice while also keeping his CrossFit skills tight.
